Knucklehead Challenge!

I was up in Sacramento for a couple days and decided to go try a challenge. I picked the Knucklehead challenge which consists of 6 10" hot dogs on a 20" bun and 5 scoops of chili and a shit ton of fries and you had to finish in 20 freakin' minutes! WTF!!

Holy shit guys! That thing is bigger than my torso, and I'm one big dude! I think this challenge is waaay over my capacity, but I went for it anyways with the knowledge that my mommy would help eat the rest afterwards.

I had that monstrosity put in front of me and it was steaming hot. I told the guys to let it cool down a bit and I forked the chili up onto the fries to keep them warm and soggy and dug in with my hands. Five minutes later I had four dogs down and a third of the fries. Ten minutes in I had another dog and half the bun done and then at finish time I ended up with half the bun, one dog and a third of the fries left.

So that was that, I failed the challenge, but I wasn't sad because I didn't hit my capacity and only one other person had completed this challenge before. Someone I knew had failed it before too and that person it totally better than me, so I was happy!

Now for the actual food, the hot dogs were delightful! Juicy and tender with a casing that popped when you bit into it. The chili was average, although a little too sweet for me. The fires were good, nice and crispy on the outside.

What should I go after next?

Made lunch for the week, then ate it! OOPS!

Damn, well I'm kinda pissed, I made dinner for the kid and I with leftovers being for lunch for the week and I ended up eating it all. It was GOOD! ;)

Dinner was.....

1.  24oz. of Prego pasta sauce.
2.  12oz. Barilla Screws.
3.  16oz. Cheese!!
4.  12oz. Adell's Italian Sausages.
5.  32oz. Whole Milk.

Total = 96oz. = 6 pounds! Holy Shit! That's a new personal record since I started keeping track of shit I've eaten.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So a couple years ago I went to Weinerschnitzel and got...

3 CC Burgers - 159 Grams EACH
3 CC Dogs     - 140 Grams EACH
6 CC Fries      - 231 Grams EACH
1 Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Cone - 122 Grams EACH

Total Grams = 2,405 Grams = 5.4 pounds. Not bad...

I called customer service for the product weights lol.

I'm contemplating doing a chili dog eating contest with myself in the coming weeks. At 140 grams-ish per dog and them coming in 10 packs the poundage is 3lb 2oz for 10 and 6lb 4oz for 20.  Well guys, which should i shoot for?

Happy Easter!

Hey everyone! Hope you had a great Easter holiday! I celebrated the best way I know how, by eating all kinds of food!

This last one is strawberry pizza! It's amazing!

Now I have to go back on my diet so I'm going to try to post here every two weeks or so with a good actual eating challenge type post. I was wondering does anyone want me to include my diet information so that I post more often?

Weinerschnitzel 4/7/12

Well my kid (5 YEARS OLD) surprises me every day with the quantity of stuff he can eat! We went to WS for lunch with coupons from the local newspaper and due to lack of funds we could only get a few things. My kid ate 1 chili cheese(CC) dog, one CC burger and one CC fries!

Meanwhile I got 3 CC fries and a CC burger and a CC dog....

Since we all finished our food, I got us an Old-Fashioned Sundae each!

And we both finished that too! My kid ate almost as much as I did and didn't even bat an eye! That's my boy!

So Weinerschnitzel has a "Family Pack" where I could get 10 chili dogs at a time. Does anyone want me to see if I could eat 10 or 20 of them?

Mitsui Buffet 4/6/12

I showed up to my favorite local Fresno buffet around 4:45 on this Friday craving meats something fierce! Here are my eats for this trip...

Mushroom chicken up top and spicy chicken to the left with cream cheese wontons in the lower right.

More mushroom chicken on the left this time and more spicy chicken on the right with crispy coated squid on bottom!

More mushroom chicken on top with the beef from broccoli beef lower left and lots of sushi on the right. Good times!

I was moderately full after this and didn't want to push anything so I called it a day. Thanks for ready the first post of my eating blog. I'm just going to post about substantial meals, not normal eating.
